JD for Business Engagement Manager:

This opportunity about managing business engagement with customer involving understanding customer requirement, liaison with internal technology team to get the business requirement detailed out and work on commercial proposal Candidate should have following skills

  • Understand the airport IT infrastructure pertaining to Airport IT operations systems
  • Good in scoping business functional requirement from customer
  • Work out SOW and bill of quantity with the help of technology team
  • Engage with procurement team to work out commercial proposal.
  • Engage with customer on finalizing contractual agreement
  • Work closely with management team and reporting
  • Good communication skills, team player and self driven individual
