  1. PR creation and engagement with Procurement for timely release Vendor PO for operations.

  1. Tracking vendor PO renewals and further working with Procurement for timely renewal for operations.

  1. Vendor contract management from operations with procurement and vendor. Assist in timely resolution of disputes and escalation to Senior Management.

  1. Operations CR/customer PO tracking for delivery completion, invoicing and payment collection.

  1. AOP consumption monitoring against budget target for operations.

  1. Review of AOP consumption with Finance month over month for operations.

  1. Perform management analysis for operations on expenditure

  1. Gap analysis from AOP and tracking actions required with respect to management decisions for optimization.

  1. Corrective actions planning and tracking for financial governance within operations.

  2. Assist in timely resolution of disputes and escalation to Senior Management.
