Introduction:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network & Security Infrastructure Manager to oversee our extensive enterprise network and security operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing large-scale network infrastructures, with a deep understanding of network technology, architecture, and security principles.
Key Responsibilities:
∙ Lead and manage the Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring high availability and performance of network services.
∙ Oversee the design, implementation, and management of network infrastructure across the organization, including technologies such as SD-WAN and MPLS.
∙ Manage a comprehensive firewall strategy and other security measures to protect company data and mitigate risks.
∙ Spearhead service improvement projects in network and security domains, enhancing efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
∙ Develop and enforce IT standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
∙ Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies, staying ahead of trends and advancements in network and security technologies.
∙ Provide leadership and direction to a diverse team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
∙ Collaborate with senior management and other departments to align the network and security infrastructure with the strategic goals of the organization.
∙ Manage budgeting and forecasting for network and security operations, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
∙ than 15 years of experience in managing large-scale enterprise network infrastructures.
∙ Profound knowledge of network architecture and technology, including hands-on experience with SD-WAN, MPLS, and other modern networking technologies.
∙ Extensive experience in managing both NOC and SOC environments.
∙ Strong expertise in firewall management and network security measures.
∙ Strong knowledge of network infrastructures, protocols, and standards such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP, etc.
∙ Experience in dealing with Major OEM like Cisco, Juniper, Arista, HP, Dell etc.
∙ Proven track record of leading service improvement projects in a network environment.
∙ Demonstrated ability to drive IT standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
∙ Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor IT teams.
∙ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Vision is to scale it up to $500 Mn in the next 5 years with a client portfolio of both domestic and global airports and related adjacencies.
