Role Description:

∙ Primary responsible for managing PPS system like CUPPS, CUSS, BRS, MDS, E-Boarding, SBD System, and industry standard latest technology.

∙ Responsible for managing hardware and software of PPS domain.

∙ Responsible for managing L1 & L2 Team and ensuring their availability as per rostered planned on monthly basis.

∙ Responsible to manage Airlines and maintain customer satisfactory score as per agreement with DIAL

∙ Responsible for addressing technical queries and operational related requests, timely closure of request.

∙ Mandatory Experience-

∙ Airlines DCS & WAN integration

∙ DCS & WAN migration

∙ DCS, WAN & application testing

∙ Application integration

∙ Understand technical issues and provide quick resolution by involving L3 team.

∙ Quick enablement of L1/L2 & L3 team in case of outage or major issue

∙ Hardware and software evaluation and testing

∙ Hardware, Software, Network knowledge pertaining to the domain.

∙ Strong hands-on experience on Technology – CUPPS, CUSS, BRS, SBD, E-Boarding Gates

∙ Information on IATA recommended standards for PPS.

∙ Responsible for maintaining the PPS systems availability at Airport and ensure the PPS system should run as seamlessly as per agreed SLA.

∙ Monitor the Core system performance, identify the fault, Capture the report, perform analysis, and take appropriate measure to maintain the system uptime.

∙ Implement the Industry best practices, latest technology, Focus on automation.

∙ Assist L1 & L2 Engineer for any technical support required.

∙ Regular team meeting with L1 & L2 Team, Monthly and Weekly report preparation, and submission.

Identification, SIP, CIP, Automation, and rollout in define timeline.

∙ Monthly meeting with Airlines and stakeholders

∙ Manage and maintain end-to-end assets, vendor management & coordination, stakeholder management.

∙ Responsible for technology refresh program, POCs and new technology rollout.

∙ Support 24*7*365 environment to operation team and ensure for your physical presence during critical activities, major outages or as and when needed to support Airport IT team.

∙ Seamlessly works with internal IT & Non-IT departments and third-party service providers to ensure system uptime and customer satisfaction.

∙ Updates on technical know-how to help WAISL develop in-house core competencies related to airline systems.

∙ Constantly monitors airport requirements and upgrades system functionalities to match them.

∙ Ensure the skill upgradation of L1 team by arranging proper training to them.

∙ Asset and spare management as per operational requirement and provision for future requirement for next 1year

∙ Maintain the SLA for IM, CM, PM, KBD as per agreed SLA. Execute all the changes with no impact or minimal impact.

∙ Knowledge on asset management and CMDB.

∙ Timely escalation of incident related to Airlines/Host and follow up until restoration.

∙ Active involvement in handling P1 & P2 incidents and prepare CIR & RCA for PPS.

∙ Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

∙ Ensure resource availability and allocation.

∙ Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

∙ Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

∙ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

∙ Project execution for rollout of new technology

Technology rollout in Green field or Brown filed airport.
