Job Purpose – 

Installing, Configuring, Monitoring and Maintenance of network & security infrastructure components and fixing any availability and performance related issues.
 
Key Accountabilities
1. Administrtion of Network Switching and Routing Devices
  • Good knowledge on Juniper Networks.
  • Installation and Integration of Network Devices
  • Configuration and Monitoring of Network Devices
  • Incident & Alert Response and Resolution
  • Configuration Backup and Restore
  • Supporting other domains for Incident Resolution

2. Administration of Security Devices

  • Good knowledge on Fergate Firewall
  • Installation and Integration of Security Devices
  • Change Implementation as per the business needs.
  • Change Documentation
  • Configuration Backup and Restore
  • Supporting other domains for Incident Resolution
  • Monitoring and Response Security Events/Incidents

3. Administration of Wi-Fi Networks

  • Availability Monitoring
  • Incident Response and Resolution
  • Configuration Backup and Restore
  • Supporting other domains for Incident Resolution

Educational Qualification – 

Engineering Degree with 4 Years of Relevant Experience and Certifications
OR
Engineering Diploma with 6 Years of Relevant Experience and Certifications
OR
Any Graduation with 8 Years of Relevant Experience and Certifications
 
 
Experience – 4+ years of experience in Network L2 support
