Designation: Senior Engineer ACS (Access Control System)
∙ Installation of Application software’s and troubleshooting related with application and end devices.
∙ To handle reported problems, analyzing them, giving workaround if required and applicable and deploying the final fix for the problem.
∙ Prepare daily /Weekly basis reports and share with customers.
∙ Creation of New SOP, revision of SOP and SMTD.
∙ Identify the Risk and SPOF in ACS system, do regular update with customer.
∙ Identify the EOL/EOSL
∙ Verification of Activities done by L1 support.
∙ Respond & Management of Calls regarding ACS package for L2 support.
∙ Coordinating with the L1 support for all reported Field calls.
∙ Providing Technical Support to L1 Team on Site.
∙ Asset tracking & Spare management.
∙ Failover Testing of application/Servers.
∙ To provide technical support for Installations, Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Repairs based on desired SLA.
∙ Responsible for providing IT assistance to include application support, hardware and software installation and troubleshooting adhering to resolution time.
∙ To Configure, test, maintain ACS end devices.
∙ Responsible for diagnosing hardware and software problems and replacing defective components if required.
∙ To keep Monitor system performance, Perform data backups on Daily Basis.
∙ Capable to identify the positive and Negative Risks within the system and their work around.
∙ Responsible for ACD incident troubleshooting and rectification of escalated complaints.
∙ Troubleshooting of critical/escalated issued and providing service whenever required.
∙ To ensure regular checkups of all ACS equipment, Servers, and application of the entire complex.
∙ Responsible for testing restoration of system by using Backups.
∙ Device firmware upgradation.
∙ Configuration Changes in AC2000 as per user’s requirements.
∙ Flexible for 24x7x365 Shifts work culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
∙ than 7 years of experience in managing large-scale enterprise network infrastructures.
∙ Profound knowledge of Access Control Applications and products architecture
∙ Advanced level of product and hardware knowledge
∙ Strong expertise in security measures.
∙ Strong knowledge of network infrastructures, protocols, and standards such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP, etc.
