JOB DESCRIPTION – Manager Corporate Finance

Major Responsibilities

∙ A corporate finance person is responsible for helping CFO to make important business decisions based on financial data.

∙ He/she is responsible for operating regularly with the company’s goals and financial situation in mind.

∙ Should gathering and summarizing data in order to develop complex reports that clearly show the company or organization’s financial status and any risks that may arise.

∙ Support to Leadership Team to consider all key group level goals.

Corporate Finance 

∙ Assessing and creating or developing business cases and investment proposals for divisional and corporate projects.

∙ Preparation of complex modelling

∙ Hands on experience on Term Loan and Working Capital

∙ Must have worked on improving the rating of the company.

∙ Examining and coordinating business plans, inspecting planning assumptions, and identifying and resolving any issue that may arise.

∙ Making clear and concise recommendations to stakeholders.

∙ Analysing new investment and business opportunities through valuation models.

∙ Evaluating cross-company activities for best-practices efficiency opportunities.

∙ Analysing the organization’s daily cash position and determining where money should be invested.

∙ Recording, interpreting, and reporting financial information in support of general business operations.

∙ Supporting in preparation for senior management presentations for the board of directors, and other senior team.

∙ Producing ad-hoc analysis, research, financial reporting, and progress reports to senior management.

∙ Evaluating other investment opportunities.

∙ Analysing valuation and returns.

∙ Negotiation of transaction documentation including agreements and other legal documents

∙ Deal structuring and other transaction related matters

∙ Liaising with business stakeholders across all levels to achieve transactional goals.

∙ Managing relationships with banks and other stakeholders on financing requirements.

∙ Maintaining abreast of the changing business landscape in order to identify opportunities to drive both organic and inorganic growth.

Job Requirements

∙ CA with 5 to 6 years of experience or MBA (Must be from a premier institute) -10 years of Experience in the industry.

∙ Experience in Accounting for India GAAP

∙ Forward Thinker with problem solving skills, Team Player and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

∙ Excellent report writing and Communication skills,

∙ Proficiency in MS Excel, other Financial Planning software

∙ Strong communication abilities across teams

Company Profile

The Company is an end-to-end, Cloud based, managed services provider for the aviation industry. At present, the Company is the primary solutions partner for Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi and Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad and is expecting to soon provide similar services for other major airports in India and globally. The Company sources airport systems infrastructure and applications directly from OEMs and integrates these with some locally developed apps, undertaking the responsibility of providing integrated Cloud based managed services at the airports. The strategy is to replicate the successful adoption of this Cloud based digital airport Platform with airports globally.
