About the Role: 

This role is about defining and aligning with the Strategy and Objectives of the Digital Practice, driving strategic discussions, solutions, and initiatives, overseeing high- priority Digital projects, and establishing a streamlined communication channel with diverse stakeholders across businesses. This role calls for a professional who can wear multiple hats, from conducting industry research to driving key business strategies for our expanding Digital Practice and related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: 

 Drive and support strategic initiatives in Digital Practice.

 Research and build approach for strategic initiatives and Solutions.

 Track high-priority discussions and initiatives ensuring timelines and objectives are met.

 Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and execution.

 Conduct detailed industry research, providing pivotal data points that bolster decision making. Develop analytical insights to enable effective decision-making.

 Play a pivotal role in planning and implementing Strategic initiatives and solutions in Digital Practice

 Act as a trusted advisor to the CDO providing strategic guidance, facilitating decision making, and managing special projects or initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience: 

 MBA from a Tier I institute (IIM, ISB, XLRI or similar): 2-5 years of experience in a strategic role; or

 Undergraduate from a Tier I institute (IITs, BITS, NITs or similar): 5-8 years of experience in a strategic role.

 Exposure / Knowledge of Digital Technologies (AI/ML, IoT, Data Science / Analytics, AR/VR. Cloud etc.) and Applications.

Skills & Abilities:

  Sharp articulation and effective communication.

 Critical thinking and problem-solving acumen.

 Proficient in project management.

 Self-driven with a proactive approach.

 Expertise in data management, visualization, and tools such as Power BI.
