Responsibilities:
∙Own the ultimate security responsibility from WAISL for specified client sites.
∙Drive a risk-based security approach at client sites.
∙Maintain excellent working relationships with clients. Maintain continuous conversation with
the CIO, CISO and other client business leads to understand their pain points. Deliver robust
security that meets and exceeds client expectations, with the goal of customer delight with
our cybersecurity deliverables.
∙Maintain excellent working relationships and work closely with the onsite WAISL Service
Delivery Head and IT Operations Head. Deliver security advice and orchestrate security
services to reduce the risks in IT operations.
∙Manage excellent relationships with onsite WAISL teams. Drive robust security embedded in
all the IT services offered by WAISL to our clients. Ensure that the team maintains a strong
cybersecurity posture
∙Strive towards an optimal balance between IT operations, Security and Client requirements,
without compromising the security posture of client networks and systems.
∙Implement WAISL security policies, protocols and procedures at client sites. Work with other
WAISL onsite managers to determine operational needs. Plan and coordinate security
operations for specific events. Review reports on incidents and breaches. Investigate and
resolve issues. Create reports for management on security status. Analyze data to form
proposals for improvements (e.g. implementation of new technology)
∙Define, drive, manage and maintain security KRIs. Deliver weekly and monthly security posture reports to client leadership and WAISL leadership teams.
∙Be the go to person for all matters related to client security.
∙Oversee tech refresh, new implementations, ongoing IT operations from a security perspective and report to WAISL cybersecurity leadership.
∙Maintain compliance of IT operations with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, AVSEC etc)
∙Keep WAISL and clients up-to-date with emerging technologies and corresponding security
threats.
∙Provide a clear picture of the organization’s security posture and empower the organization to
take proactive measures to safeguard the digital assets.
∙Train WAISL and client employees periodically on cybersecurity matters.
