About the Company 

WAISL is an end-to-end, Cloud based, Digital and managed IT services provider for the aviation industry. At present, the Company is the primary solutions partner for Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi and Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Hyderabad and is expecting to soon provide similar services for other major airports in India and globally. The company provides productized services to it customer through its Aviation Digital Solution suite and helps customers build customized services on top as well. The Company also sources airport systems infrastructure and applications directly from OEMs and integrates these with some locally developed apps, undertaking the responsibility of providing integrated Cloud based managed services at the airports. The strategy is to replicate the successful adoption of this Cloud based digital airport Platform with airports globally. 

Role summary

WAISL is looking for an experienced Presales professional for its Digital Practice, based in Delhi. The Presales anchor will own the solutions for Digital Business requirements and enable the central presales team to create the overall solution proposition, as required, and would help the sales team win new businesses and clients.

Responsibilities

∙ As a Presales and solution manager the candidate will be responsible to Enable new sales and revenues within designated existing and new name accounts.

∙ He/She will closely work RFP solution component and create comprehensive solution to address the client need.

∙ He/She will be closely working with sales team to creating and participating IT solution component during requirement inception stage.

∙ Articulate the new WAISL Digital value proposition and competitive positioning for the services and solutions portfolio in aviation ecosystems.

∙ Ability to represent and articulate Digital solutions in front of customer during solution defense

∙ Actively participate during RFP response in terms of technology component and write up.

Educational Qualifications

B-Tech/MBA’s from a premier institute.

Relevant and total years of Experience

 Working experience in premier companies

 Exceptional listening, requirements gathering, verbal and written presentation skills.

 Must have at least 5-12 years of experience in presale and solutioning role in Digital Technologies (AI/ML, Daya Science/Analytics, IoT, AR/VR, Cloud etc.) and Applications

 Desirable experience in IT / Digital solutions and services to the Airports / Aviation sector.

 Should have a natural flair for building relationships, understanding business problems in the Aviation/Airports sectors, and positioning the new WAISL’s solutions and services.

 The candidate is expected to be a team player and a self-starter who can work independently or with minor supervision.
