Technical Project Manager
As a technologist, you will encounter difficult engineering challenges and a rewarding environment within which to solve them.

Requirements:
∙ Develop and Maintain actuals project scope, project schedule, budget, and status reports to be shared with clients as well as other stakeholders.
∙ Implement and practice project execution using agile methodologies in all phases of the project including Planning, Execution, Reporting, Closure etc.
∙ Set and ensure quality/process standards for all project deliverables.
∙ Adhere to all required monitoring and reporting needs of the project including project metrics.
∙ Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering and ML projects, ensuring they are completed within defined timelines, budget, and quality standards.
∙ Manage resource allocation, task assignment, and risk mitigation to achieve project objectives.
∙ Excellent understanding and knowledge of Software Engineering Concepts, Strong foundation in Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning is required.
∙ Should have experience of working on Core Java/J2EE & experience in applying Machine Learning to challenging real world problems.
∙ Experience in delivering and implementing end to end Software application and ML model includes gap/requirement analysis, architecting, Database Design, Data pipeline , coding, deployment, and support using CI/CD.
∙ Prior experience in Java, Python, ML, Computer Vision, Transformer, data pipeline, web services (REST/SOAP), API based architecture and other open-source technologies.
∙ Database Knowledge –MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL,
∙ Prior experience in building and deploying ML model in production at scale, highvolume, and low latency applications.
∙ Experience on Docker/Kubernetes, GIT and implementing CI/CD.
∙ Familiarity with MLOps tools and pipelines (MLflow, Metaflow).
∙ Prior experience of working independently and within a team on code development,
code review and modest day-to-day support duties
∙ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and
resolve technical issues effectively.
Qualification:
∙ BS or MS in Computer Sciences or related fields from premier institute with 5+ years in software development and 3+ yrs in machine Learning (AI/ML).
∙ Ability to effectively multi-task; Ability to drive issues to effective resolution; Ability to find solutions to challenging, time-critical problems.
∙ Work closely with other organizational managers and leaders when needed and appropriate.
∙ Participate in technical calls with internal teams, external teams and customers.
∙ Participate in the definition and implementation of effective processes and procedures.
∙ Ensure project commitments are achieved using defined requirements and schedules to produce high quality deliverables in a challenging and dynamic environment.
∙ Proven experience in managing complex engineering projects and delivering high quality solutions on time and within budget.
