Wintel Administrator

Job Description:

Prior experience as a Wintel Administrator, or in a similar technical support role, is desirable but not
mandatory.
∙
Basic knowledge of Windows server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2016, 2019).
∙
Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking concepts.
∙
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks eff ecti vely.
∙
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
∙
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
∙
Relevant certifications such as MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) are a plus.
∙
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows servers and associated
hardware.
∙
Perform routine server checks, apply updates, and conduct system health assessments.
∙
Monitor server performance and respond to alerts, taking appropriate actions to resolve issues.
∙
Support system security measures, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards.
∙
Assist in applying security patches and updates to mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
